Junior Creative Strategist — Traineeship Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Involve podcast production using AI tools & editing and popularizing our newsletter
2. Work on communication strategy including social media marketing & multimedia content creation
3. Do growth hacking including landing page optimization, CRM & automation tools
4. Do live streams where we solve business and marketing problems for our listener's live

Skills required:

1. Creative: You are good with ideas, creative thinking
2. Loves writing, consumer behavior & learning digital tools: A lot of our marketing will be using words combined with the latest technological resources in CRM, analytical & other marketing tools; and then connecting all of this with our brand/business strategy. You will be given complete guidance on how to do it but you should be keen to learn & comfortable self-learning when provided the resources. (2 of the 3 is acceptable. 3 of 3 qualities are good)
3. Comfortable rather than thriving in remote, independent work: We work remotely not just because of Covid but even in 2012, the first company I started was a remote-first company. The job will always be remote
4. Excellent written & spoken English + loves business, startups & marketing
5. Your educational degree doesn t matter, just what you bring to the table
