Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis of global equity markets and biotech companies to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
2. Support the development of investment models and valuation frameworks using advanced analytical tools and AI-driven platforms.
3. Assist in performing due diligence, including financial statement analysis, competitive benchmarking, and ESG compliance assessments.
4. Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, pitch decks, and performance reports for internal stakeholders and investment committees.
5. Monitor portfolio performance, track market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize investment strategies.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with portfolio managers and data scientists to enhance proprietary investment tools and processes.
7. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in equities and biotech sectors.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting insights to diverse audiences.

6. Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and adaptability to a dynamic, high-performance culture.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 10,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 2,00,000 /year
