Junior Operations Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute and monitor daily operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
2. Maintain and update process documentation to reflect current practices.
3. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement changes.
4. Collect and compile data from various sources to support operational activities.
5. Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the operations team.
6. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries in relevant systems.
7. Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional tasks.
8. Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on task status and address any issues.
9. Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
10. Prepare regular reports on task status, process efficiency, and operational performance.
11. Present findings to the operations manager and suggest actionable recommendations.
12. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and process changes.
