Key responsibilities:

1. Assess the applicant's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
2. Work on negotiating salaries and other terms of employment, gaining commitment from candidates & submitting candidates' resumes to clients
3. Review the job description, understand the requirements of clients and execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates
4. Work on scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle
