Key responsibilities:
1. Source and identify potential candidates through diverse recruitment channels
2. Create and implement effective recruitment strategies across the organization
3. Engage potential applicants and build long-term relationships with them
4. Utilize digital channels to promote employment opportunities
5. Assist in conducting shortlisting and screening activities
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
7. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
