Aadi Foundation is hiring for the role of junior social media marketing associate! It is a full-time social media marketing work from home job for candidates with 1-3 years of experience. The following are the key responsibilities for this role:
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and manage social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
2. Design basic but engaging social media graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
3. Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach on social media channels.
4. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all posts.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
7. Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
8. Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive user engagement.
1. Proven experience managing social media platforms and increasing engagement.
2. Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
3. Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and trends.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to write engaging and on-brand captions.
