Key responsibilities:
1. Source candidates proactively via job portals, networking, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
3. Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Maintain candidate pipeline and update trackers.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
6. Assist with post-interview evaluations and feedback.
7. Manage reference checks and background verifications.
8. Support salary negotiations and ensure timely closures.
