Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, engage, and recruit mid to senior-level hires for positions
2. Interact with leaders across the region to execute hiring plans.
3. Partner up with hiring managers to execute hiring plans.
4. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent apart from the active pool.
5. Leverage internal tools to build pipelines and engage active and passive talents in the markets.
6. Report on recruiting metrics and performance reports regularly.
