As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and intuitive designs for our digital platforms. You will be working closely with our development team to ensure that the designs are implemented effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that showcases their expertise in UI/UX design and should be proficient in Figma.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand design requirements and ensure the designs are in line with the product vision
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our web and mobile applications using Figma
3. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and feedback to improve the designs
4. Ensure that the designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and are accessible to all users
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and implement them as appropriate

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in UI/UX design
2. Strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in UI/UX design
3. Proficiency in Figma
4. Understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to conduct user research and testing
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
7. Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field is preferred
