Key responsibilities include working on WordPress development.
Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering/related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
2. Candidates should have at least 12 months of website development experience
3. Hands-on WordPress experience, including customization with HTML5 and CSS3
4. Basics knowledge of Elementor or similar page builder plugins
5. Ability to code using JavaScript/jQuery to accomplish the requirement
6. Extensive knowledge and experience with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) accessibility standards, guidelines, usability and web fonts
7. Experience with web accessibility evaluation tools and processes
8. Knowledge of adjusting the website, so content is easier to read for everyone, including those who do not have specific visual conditions
9. Knowledge to evaluate the website code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers and mobile devices
10. Fluency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
11. Basic knowledge of other JavaScript libraries like Angular.js and Node.js would be an advantage
12. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box to find solutions to complex problems
13. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
14. Basic knowledge of the search engine optimization process
15. Communication skills that ensure stakeholders are up to date on project needs and in the loop on updates, revisions, and changes
