About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries and problem reports from customers
2. Troubleshoot and respond to customer tickets within SLA commitments on all customer service channels
3. Work on updating and maintaining the customer information database and as well resolving technical issues through diligent research, issue reproduction under lab conditions, and troubleshooting
4. Directly work with other technical support engineers and engineering team members to see problems through to resolution
5. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
6. Work on facilitating customer communication, education, and retention
7. Diligently manage disparate customer issues in parallel
8. Keep yourself updated by reviewing service manuals and product release notes and patch documentation to help speedy issue resolution
9. Participate in engineering/product roadmap discussions as a customer representative
10. Work on utilizing remote secure access technologies to diagnose and resolve customer issues
11. Ensure proper documentation and closure of all customer issues

CCNA English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) Linux Shell Scripting

Who can apply

1. Engineering degree (BE) in computer science, MCA or equivalent

2. Familiar with internet concepts, including SMTP, IMAP, POP, HTTP, DNS, LDAP, and related protocols

3. Solid networking and software troubleshooting skills

4. Fluent in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems with good troubleshooting ability

5. Ability to think calmly and rationally during a crisis

6. Can make decisions on your own

7. Have a sharp troubleshooter's mind

8. Can work well with co-workers and have strong people and listening skills

9. Have the necessary patience, maturity, and gumption to handle customers at all levels

10. Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi)

11. Can express problems, causes, diagnoses, and solutions in a clear concise manner

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: 10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2.4 LPA

2. Other incentives: 0.6 LPA
