The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the planning and execution of training programs that drive team member development and performance. This role is ideal for someone starting their L&D career who is organized, proactive, and eager to support a learning-focused culture.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end execution of virtual L&D programs, including the planning/scheduling, vendor coordination, initiating and managing purchase orders (POs).
2. Gather and analyze feedback to help evaluate learning effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Create and manage training calendars, track participation, and ensure smooth program delivery and reports/analytics.
4. Assist in identifying and evaluating training vendors for various learning programs.
5. Provide support during live training sessions, including technical setup and participant management.
6. Assist in the development of training content, including presentations, manuals, and visual aids.
7. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 2 - 3 years of experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with knowledge of MS Office, LMS, Digital tools, Virtual & Instructor-led sessions, L&D activities.
Note: This is a full-time contractual role for 6 months.
