About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with reviewing software requirements and provide feedback on testability
2. Create, execute and maintain manual test cases
3. Identify, isolate and document bugs accurately and concisely
4. Work to collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve software quality
5. Assist with performing regression testing and ensure product stability
6. Participate in the software release process and ensure product readiness
7. Work to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
8. Work to stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and trends

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field

2+ years of experience in manual software testing

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience with test case management tools (e.g. JIRA, TFS, or HP ALM)

Familiarity with testing web and mobile applications

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 16,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
