2. Plan and execute content marketing strategies
3. Plan and execute SEO strategies
4. Create marketing videos and product explainer videos
5. Evangelize Bip to communities
6. Take ownership of identifying and solving bottlenecks that constrain the company's growth
7. Work with the team members to set the tone for the company's growth by co-creating a user-centric team
Requirements:
1. Only candidates with the knowledge or eagerness to learn about the Web3 space (preferred)
2. A highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual
3. Must be keen to take on the responsibility for the growth of the organization, category, and team
4. Must have the ability to think differently and apply the first principle approach to problem-solving
5. Must be comfortable with operating in ambiguity and creating processes for clarity & direction
6. Must have the ability to work effectively- independently & individual, as a part of a team, in driving & motivating teams
7. Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
