Marketing Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Brainstorming with founders and suggesting strategies for the product development and marketing projects
2. Shadowing senior management personnel across various parts of the business
3. Taking ownership of important strategic and operational tasks and being actively involved in driving growth
4. Preparing innovative analyses and using them to move the projects ahead
5. Developing relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
6. Structuring and streamlining the current processes
7. Working on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses
8. Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution
9. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive projects to closure
10. Conducting marketing activities such as email marketing campaigns and handling trade expos queries for acquiring B2B clients (on-time follow up and building trust with the clients would be the key here)
11. Coordinating with the operations team to ensure the production is in-line with the sales
