Nepali Language Facilitator Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Language Proficiency: Provide accurate interpretation services between English and Nepali, and ensure clear and effective communication for all parties involved.
2. Customer Interaction: Facilitate smooth communication during video and audio calls, acting as the linguistic bridge between customers and service providers.
3. Shift Flexibility: Work across 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and accuracy.
4. Work Schedule: Adhere to a 5-day work week, with 2 rotational days off, while managing workload efficiently in a remote setting.
5. Confidentiality & Sensitivity: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality during all interpretation sessions.
6. Video Call Engagement: Conduct interpretation services comfortably via video calls, adapting to a variety of conversational contexts.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with language nuances and regional dialects to ensure the highest level of interpretation accuracy.
