About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build positive working relationships with Tamil astrologers for repeat businesses
2. Analyse Tamil Astrologer's account trends to continuously improve retention
3. Address Tamil astrologer's concerns and provide solutions to continuously improve retention
4. Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention
5. Negotiate with customers to renew contracts and retain business

Required:

1. Candidates with proficiency in Tamil will be preferred
