Should have professional English communication skills (written & verbal)
Should have good Excel/Spreadsheet knowledge
Should be preferably from an engineering background
Should have a basic understanding of software engineering technologies, frameworks, and libraries
Prior experience working on data entry, ticketing platforms like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator/Recruiter would be a big asset
Should be an outgoing, strong individual contributor, able to work independently without supervision, and flexible
Should have good listening & learning skills
Computer science/electronics & communication/electrical engineering, MBA candidates preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
