Key responsibilities:

1. Working on branding and communication
2. Making creatives as per the client's requirements
3. Researching new trends and ideas for creatives
4. Coordinating with the manager on a day-to-day basis
5. Working with KLD and different sizes of products
6. Selecting colors, text style, images, and layout on the basis of the concept of the brand
7. Reviewing and revising designs before printing and publishing them

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
