Key responsibilities:
1. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and UIs.
2. Develop workflows, business rules, and client scripts as per requirement.
3. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth delivery across modules.
4. Maintain best practices for system performance, scalability, and integrity.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Expertise in at least 1-2 of the above modules.
Ability to work independently and deliver in agile environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have:
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-HR, CIS-SPM)
Experience integrating third-party systems with ServiceNow.
