About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & pipeline building: Identify and engage prospects across B2B SaaS and international markets to build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
2. Lead generation strategy: Design and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate leads and secure meetings with decision-makers.
3. Client relationship management: Own the full client journey from initial contact to closing with a focus on building long-term value.
4. Market research & insights: Conduct ongoing research to uncover new opportunities, track industry shifts, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
5. Sales enablement collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to craft high-impact pitches, decks, and sales collateral.
6. CRM & sales reporting: Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM and regularly update forecasts to support data-driven growth decisions.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
