About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and resolve issues.
2. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, identify leads, and qualify them for further follow-up.
3. Assist with sales efforts by following scripts, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales.
4. Contribute to team performance by meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call targets and sales goals.
5. Build rapport with customers, address their queries, and provide relevant information.
