Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call and follow up with warm leads from digital campaigns
2. Understand client needs and explain our services clearly
3. Coordinate with the internal team to help convert leads
4. Apply your digital marketing knowledge in real-time client interactions

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. have minimum 1 years of experience
1. Fluent in Hindi and basic English
2. Good communication and convincing skills
3. Confidence in phone calls
4. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
5. Prior telecalling experience (preferred but not mandatory)
6. Comfortable talking to leads on the phone
7. Good Hindi communication (Basic English is a plus)
8. Confident, eager to learn, and interested in digital marketing
9. Remote work setup with availability during working hours
You should have a basic understanding of:
1. Performance marketing (Google & Facebook Ads)
2. Website optimization (landing pages, CTAs, etc.)
3. Funnels, lead generation, and CRM basics
4. Social media platforms and their marketing roles
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,70,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 /year
