1. Familiarity with various robotics kits and platforms
2. Experience teaching robotics to K-12 students
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in robotics and programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
7. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or electronics and communication
8. Experience in curriculum development is a plus
