Web Developer Job (Part time/Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website development & ownership: Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of high-performance, SEO-optimized websites for B2B SaaS.
2. Marketing-to-web execution: Turn business and marketing objectives into fast, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences.
3. SEO-driven implementation: Apply technical and on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, and structured data.
4. Lead capture & CRM integration: Build and integrate forms, chat tools, and CRM systems to support lead generation and tracking.
5. Performance & mobile optimization: Ensure website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall technical health through regular audits and improvements.
6. Cross-team collaboration: Work with content, design, and SEO teams to launch new pages, blogs, and growth-focused web assets.
7. Analytics & automation setup: Connect Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and marketing platforms for full-funnel tracking and insights.
8. UX & conversion improvements: Continuously improve user flows, test changes, and implement CRO strategies based on performance data.
9. Tool & resource advisory: Recommend and guide the team on the most effective tools, platforms, and development stacks to support scalable growth and technical excellence.
