Payroll Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Regularize employee attendance records and assist with attendance-related inquiries
2. Coordinate and maintain employee records
3. Support employee onboarding formalities
4. Assist in the administration of employee insurance programs
5. Provide assistance to employees in completing EPF declarations
6. Respond to HRMS tickets for attendance, leaves, taxes, behavior, and feedback
7. Collaborate with the payroll team for accurate payroll processing
8. Support the HR manager with various HR initiatives and administrative tasks

Who can apply:

1. Should have completed their B.Com degree not earlier than 2022 (or equivalent education)
2. Basic understanding of HR operations and payroll processes
