Key responsibilities:

1. Managing and maintaining executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
3. Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
4. Conducting research and compiling data as needed.
5. Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
6. Providing administrative support during meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
7. Managing office supplies and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
8. Performing other related duties as assigned to support executive management.
