About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Leading the pre-boot camp team - achieving growth and hitting targets by successfully managing the team
2. Tracking and improving conversion numbers and collections
3. Reducing the dropout ratio and minimizing the refunds
4. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the pre-boot team
5. Presenting conversions, revenue, collection, and other pre-boot-related reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Note: This role is not open to freshers.

Sales and Marketing
Who can apply

1. Those who have 2 to 3 years of team handling and sales experience

2. A bachelor's or master's degree in management

3. Successful previous experience as sales lead, consistently meeting or exceeding

4. targets

5. Strong business sense and ed-tech industry exposure

6. Proven ability in driving the sales process

7. Excellent monitoring, coaching, and people management skills

8. Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization

9. Good negotiation and sales skills
