PreSales Engineer Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Test various backup and DR software products and solutions
2. Develop required competencies and certifications
3. Reach out and explain the technical feature benefits and differentiation of data protection solutions to customers
4. Understand and present the solution according to customer use-case scenarios
5. Articulate and convince customers about the technical aspects of the solution
6. Size and architect technical solutions as per customer needs and environment
7. Conduct technical demos of products
8. Help customers in setting up and completing POC/trials successfully
9. Implement the solutions post-sale of the product
10. Resolve any technical issues working in tandem with respective product vendors

Requirements:

1. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and will bring a host of capabilities and a great attitude to the team
2. These include strong technical acumen, client relations, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal English language)
3. Good knowledge of data protection (backup, DR, replication, etc), virtualization and exposure to Windows and Linux Systems, and knowledge of storage systems and AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud is a plus

Note: The pre-sales engineer is a critical role for Cirro Technologies and our customers. This role is responsible for the successful resolution of a variety of issues that our customers report.
