About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage design, development and quality team
2. Work and prioritize the tasks depending on the business use case
3. Understand the real-world problems and break them down for quick engineering
4. Ensure the proper documentation and code hygiene is maintained
5. Conduct market research and create a product roadmap

Who can apply

1. An open-minded, focused, determined, good listener not afraid to make mistakes

2. 0-1 year of experience as a designer or engineer (preferred)

5. Ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions

6. Ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team

7. Ability to solve problems and be challenged

Annual CTC: 4 - 6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
