We are looking for motivated and well-spoken program advisors to join our sales team. The program advisors will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets to be successful as a program advisor you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Program advisor should also be very competitive and a good listener.

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
2. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
3. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
5. Creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in CRM
6. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
7. Staying informed about competing products and services
8. Upselling products and services
9. Researching and qualifying new leads
10. Closing sales and achieving sales targets

Basic qualifications:

1. BE (preferably computer science), MCA preferred
2. 0-1 year experience people only apply
3. Should have worked night shifts (US sales)
4. Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Excellent phone and cold calling skills
7. Only B.Tech computer science candidates are preferred with experience in the night shift
