Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end projects
2. Clearly understand and define the client requirements for data collection and annotation projects
3. Work on having calls and meeting with the client to define the scope and guidelines of the work
4. Work on running pilot/POC with the client and assess the expertise, efforts, time, and tools needed to execute the projects
5. Work on defining the success criteria for the project and building project management and quality control plans
6. Identify & onboard the suitable inhouse team members and vendors for the project team and train them
7. Lead the data annotation strategy and team for software organization, targeting excellence of data operations (scalability, time to delivery, quality, and cost-efficiency of annotations) in a context of growing and evolving data needs (types of assets, nature of annotations, skillset required for labelers)
8. Work on coordinating as a single point of contact between the team and the client and ensuring timely redressals of any concerns/doubts, submission of quality deliverables, and smooth relationship building with the client
9. Drive continuous improvement of data annotation team processes
