Key responsibilities:

1. Work on translating the client's needs in an accurate and timely manner
2. Work on overseeing the production of the weekly tasks/plan and understanding the client's performance
3. Communicate with the team and get client requests up to date, thus meeting deadlines
4. Collaborate with the departments and management to make sure that projects are progressing in sync with our short- and long-term goals
5. Focus on customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships

Who can apply

1. Must have perfect spoken English skills and have some experience in client and team management on online project management tools like Asana

2. Experience in remote/online project management

3. Strong communication skills

4. Experience in digital marketing to understand client requirements

5. Strong in converting raw notes into clear and precise tasks for the team

6. A team player and a leader

7. Can show a sense of urgency when things are not working well and plan ahead

8. Experience using ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/IG, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics (desired, not mandatory)

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 25,000 - 35,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 5 - 8 LPA (All fixed)

Additional Information

We automate complex reporting tasks and create data visualization through our web app. We need project managers (digital marketing) who can help us manage client communications and project management for multiple clients in the digital marketing niche. Also, we are US based so work timings will be 6 pm IST to 2 am IST, although we are flexible with that as long as you meet monthly working hours requirement and no task is being kept hanging.
