We are looking for project manager and business analyst roles. Do you have an interest in data science, economics, and business decisions?
Key responsibilities:
1. Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
2. Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation both internal and third party
3. Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget
4. Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
5. Managing delivery of the project according to this plan
6. Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
7. Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget
8. Identifying and mitigating potential risks
9. Working with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
10. Analyzing data models to deliver logical conclusions
11. Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, which is a business analyst's primary role
12. Working on being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
13. Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes
14. Evaluating the implications of changes
15. Writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made
16. Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 40,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
