Psychology Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Providing counseling services over the telephone and email
2. Developing content, updating the training manuals and protocols, and preparing training modules as required

Skills & Requirements:

1. Pursuing/Degree in psychology
2. Clear verbal communication skills
3. Speaks English, and Hindi, and knows preferably one regional Indian language fluently
4. The candidate needs to be a very good listener
5. Ability to solve problems
6. Possess excellent academic writing skills in English
7. Be skilled in the use of computers for the purpose of documentation, data analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
8. Have sound knowledge of therapeutic process skills and psychotherapy
9. Should be comfortable and have patience with speaking to students
10. Need to be self-aware

Note:

1. The candidate shall report directly to the program manager and program associate at PW
2. This is a full-time job
