We automate complex reporting tasks and create data visualization through our web app. We need a Back-end Developer who can help us pull and model data from various data sources via REST APIs and make it ready for charts in Front End consumption. Should breathe code, eat code, and dream code. Also, we are US based so work timings will be 6 pm IST to 2 am IST, although we are flexible with that as long as you meet monthly working hours requirement and no task is being kept hanging.
Key responsibilities:
1. Write high-quality code and scripts
2. Maintain existing website codes and update them if required
3. Pull data from various data sources using Python and REST API, and create APIs for sending data to the front end
4. Sync with other developers to make the projects function properly
5. Deploy the web apps on the Google Cloud Console over the Nginx server
6. Schedule tasks on celery to pull data regularly
Only B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in computer science or IT
Knowledge of Django is required
Should know how to use GitHub with project versioning
