About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
2. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
3. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using testing tools
4. Identify, record, document, and track bugs using respective tools
5. Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
6. Work closely with internal teams (developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
7. Monitor debugging process results
8. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defects
9. Stay familiar with testing tools and methodologies

Who can apply

1. Proven work experience in software development

2. Proven work experience in software quality assurance

3. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

4. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

5. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

6. Hands-on experience with an automated testing tool

7. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

8. Experience with performance and security testing is a plus

9. BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject

10. A team player with excellent communication skills

11. Seeking a full-time engagement and not being distracted by freelancing/personal projects

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 25,000 - 35,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 5 LPA (All fixed)
