Quality Control/Merchandiser (Garment) Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with woven, knits, and other categories.
2. Oversee daily operations of quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
3. Collaborate with the production team to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Conduct pre-production, in-line production, and finished garment quality checks.
5. Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
6. Perform production feasibility analysis for all styles in the order.
7. Collaborate with the QC team to plan the inspection schedule, ensuring that potential production issues are identified in advance to prevent delivery delays.
8. Eliminate and control production issues.
9. Ensure strong communication and coordination between the customer, factory, and inspector.
