I am a freelancer involved in all the phases of the recruitment life cycle such as sourcing, short-listing, initial screening, and technical coordination. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Sourcing CVs from different job portals like LinkedIn, and Indeed. Screening and follow-up with the candidates on the interview day. Maintaining a good database of employees with respect to their skills.
Key responsibilities include conducting soft skills and interview training using practical applications.
Requirements:
1. Only female graduates in any discipline (it is a part-time opportunity)
2. Candidates should be able to speak Hindi (must)
3. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of training experience in soft skills/corporate skills training
4. Experience in lecture content creation
5. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proven work experience in soft skills, language, and resume training for versatile age groups
7. Ability to assess the weaknesses and strengths of the aspirants
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Should be flexible, ready to take up and execute any given task
10. Open to learning and taking ownership when needed
11. Zeal to contribute over and above
