MyDash is a start-up headquartered in Boston, that develops customized dashboards for real-time KPI reporting.
We are looking for someone who can search, find, screen, and hire new employees and also help onboard new team members.
Key responsibilities:
1. Perpetually finding new candidates that might be able to strengthen our team
2. Working to build out onboarding plans and processes for new team members so they can get involved and up to speed quickly
3. Working with the current team to make sure folks are happy, have what they need, and are put in a position to succeed
1. Must have done a minimum 3-month of internship as a technical recruiter
Annual CTC: 4 - 6 LPA (All fixed)
We are US based so work timings will be 6 pm IST to 2 am IST, although we are flexible with that as long as you meet monthly working hours requirement and no task is being kept hanging.
