About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on candidate sourcing and screening hundreds of applicants through and LinkedIn and conducting telephonic interviews (screening/introduction) per day to shortlist candidates that meet the minimum requirements of our clients
2. Coordinate recruiting operational process and detailed record-keeping
3. Process applicants through a funnel of screening
4. Report recruiting activities on a timely basis
5. Contact HRs of the different companies to get more clients
6. Upload the requirements on social platforms, and portals to get the desired candidate, and maintain their proper record
7. Provide stellar candidate experience
8. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our client's recruitment process
9. Maintain a proactive approach in seeking feedback from candidates to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process
10. Assist and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including, screening, interviewing, and feedback
11. Ensure the internal dashboard is properly used and should be involved in driving initiatives around candidate experience and employer branding

Skills & Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 months of recruitment experience in a consultancy
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at multitasking, and time prioritization with an eye for detail
3. A professional and customer-focused mindset
4. Strong customer management with a can-do attitude
5. A great passionate candidate with innovative thoughts to help in growing the business from scratch
6. Ready to work in a startup environment, where performance and growth are the only criteria to grow
7. Tolerance for ambiguity translates to a get-it-done rather than wait-for-perfection' approach
8. Communication skills
9. Effective oral and written communication skills
10. Must be speaking in a professional and personable way to the potential candidate and inform them about job requirements and answer any questions they might have
11. Incredible organization skills with deep detail obsession
12. Obsession with process excellence which translates to being independent and detailed with all inputs and outputs
