About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Knowledge to source candidates through multiple channels, including networking, job boards, and direct outreach.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
5. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
