We are hiring recruiters for a fast-paced, short-term assignment to close multiple urgent roles. You'll be given full access to sourcing tools, clear JDs, and structured screening questions. Focus only on filtering, calling, and submitting quality candidates, no post-hiring follow-up or replacement needed.
Key responsibilities:
1. Source and screen candidates based on provided job descriptions.
2. Conduct screening interviews using a structured questionnaire (we'll provide this).
3. Share three quality candidate video interviews per day for five continuous working days.
4. Submit a brief summary for each candidate covering skills, fitment, notice period, and salary expectations.
5. Ensure daily submissions and reporting timeliness is non-negotiable.

5. Immediate availability for a 5-day intensive recruitment sprint.
Payment terms:
1. Payout every 7th day based on the number of valid candidate submissions.
2. No payment for irrelevant, incomplete, or fake profiles.
3. Bonus payout if the candidate joins and stays for 90 days.
