Recruitment Associate Job (Remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth candidate evaluation over the phone using a provided evaluation format.
Follow up with candidates to gather additional information as needed.
Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and feedback.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications
Conduct research to identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other online resources
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
