Regional Sales Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Propose region-wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
2. Manage region and individual performances
3. Report on region-wise sales results
4. Forecast quarterly and annual profits
5. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
6. Analyze the region s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
7. Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
8. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
9. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Required:

1. Proven work experience as a sales/marketing Intern or similar senior sales role Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
2. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
5. Willingness to travel as needed
6. BSc degree in sales, business administration or a relevant field
