Key responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming and make outbound calls and customer service inquiries
2. Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
3. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements:

1. No sales target, only have to achieve standard talk time for attendance purposes
2. 6 days of proper training with some assessments which have to be completed
3. Should be able to speak and understand the Hindi language as well
