Key responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming and outbound calls and customer service inquiries
2. Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
3. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirement:

1. No sales target, only achieve standard talk time for attendance purposes
2. 6 days of proper training with some assessments have to be completed
3. Should be able to speak and understand Hindi and English

Salary

Annual CTC: 2 - 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:
