Revenue And Invoice Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Accurately calculate and record revenue based on sales from payment gateways
2. Review and ensure all revenue is recognized
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all revenue-generating activities are accounted for and reflected correctly in the revenue system
4. Maintain and update revenue schedules tracking changes and adjustments to ensure accurate records
5. Prepare and update periodic revenue reports
6. Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to adjust revenue entries and resolve discrepancies
7. Generate accurate invoices based on customer contracts
8. Ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers via appropriate channels such as email, postal, or system-generated
9. Monitor and follow up on unpaid invoices and coordinate with the collections team to ensure prompt payment
10. Assist in reconciling revenue records between the accounting system, sales, and billing teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
11. Work with auditors and stakeholders during periodic audits to verify revenue entries and invoicing processes
12. Support the finance department with ad-hoc requests related to revenue and invoicing
13. Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts to enhance the efficiency of revenue recognition and invoicing processes
