Sales Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Generating leads (potential clients) from various online sources and adding those clients to our CRM
2. Acting as a point of contact with the clients for negotiating contracts
3. Ensuring timely collection of revenue from the clients by raising timely invoices
4. Maintaining the sales-related documentation, legal agreements, and new client profile creation
5. Assisting in onboarding the new clients onto TopHire by creating their profiles and sending out client credentials
6. Meeting sales projections, generating ongoing sales opportunities, and achieving organizational and individual KPI goals


Requirements:
1. A graduate/postgraduate degree in any discipline with some experience in sales/customer service-related roles
2. Good verbal and written communication skills
3. A strong orientation toward sales, research, and market dynamics
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products
5. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software
