Sales Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member and complete all allocated tasks
2. Conduct desktop research or gather information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff
3. Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers
4. Update documents and sales records
5. Review sales performance against sales targets
6. Observe and carry out sales processes
7. Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions
8. Assist managers with negotiations
9. Keep a log of everything learned and deliver presentations to staff and other stakeholders
10. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
11. Perform market analysis and research on the competition
12. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
13. Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
14. Prepare promotional presentations
15. Help distribute marketing materials
16. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
17. Help organize marketing events
